Ocean Villa unit 1- #2 Bellevue St unit 1- Ocean Front, 3 story vacation rental in Dewey Beach! The town home features 3 ocean front decks to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and views of the beach. This unit is an end unit with off street parking for 3 cars. This is a non smoking unit. Perfect views and a perfect location!
*Pet friendly with a $250 non refundable pet fee per pet.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $210.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  Loved this rental house - clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The location is supreme! Sitting on the deck and enjoying direct views and access to the ocean made the vacation (especially the dining table on the deck). Family definitely wants to return.

  Can't beat oceanfront living!! Love the location, the house set up and furnishings. HOWEVER after paying extra for "pet cleaning" the unithad numerous areas of pet hair. Also the unit was not cleaned prior to our arrival and the outdoor shower did not work(this was not resolved until day 6 of 7) Considering the cost of the rental, these things should be checked prior to check-in

  Despite a glitch at the start (linen package we’d paid for wasn’t there, and it took several hours and phone calls to get it), we were highly satisfied with this beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped house in a perfect beach location. Easy quick drive to Rehoboth boardwalk and restaurants, grocery stores nearby, and right on the beach.
  Of the 4 bedrooms, the 2 king rooms are lovely, with beachfront ont balconies. The 3rd floor twin is spacious and has its own balcony. The 2nd floor twin is small and hot—the least desirable.

  The townhouse was lovely, gorgeous views, comfortable, perfect location. The layout is great, with a king bed and two twins plus a bathroom on each floor. Furniture was comfortable and beach stylish and the kitchenware well-stocked for cooking.
