104 Laurel Avenue is an over-sized, two-story home Rehoboth Beach home that seems to go on forever! All this space comes with two family rooms and two kitchens, meaning there is ample space for the entire family to spread out, or come together if desired.
The first floor includes a spacious kitchen and dining area that leads out to the back deck and a private back yard. Direct access to the screen porch is through the living room. Guests will also find three bedrooms, one being a master suite, on the first floor. Upstairs, guests are treated to a sitting area, second kitchen (no stove) and roof top deck. In addition, there are four bedrooms on that level.
The home has parking for three cars, and is located 1.5 block to the beach.
This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $420.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
