11 Henlopen Avenue is an inviting, coastal home located in the tranquil and sought-after setting of the Pines. In the ocean block close to Deauville Beach. There are 6 bedrooms, including two en-suite master bedrooms, one of which has a soaking tub and shower. There is a first floor bedroom with a full bathroom, which has a walk-in shower. Additionally, 3 other bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Premium construction, the home has all hardwood and tile floors. Guests can create amazing meals in the kitchen, which is finished with a gas cooktop, double oven, and granite counters.
Guests can relax and watch the world go by from the large front porch or spend evenings grilling in the back yard. With this convenient location, guests are a short walk from either the Deauville Beach or Park Avenue beach access points. Guests can also bike to Cape Henlopen State Park's Gordon's Pond Trail, which is a quick ride away on Ocean Drive.

Off-street parking for four cars, plus a one car garage for beach items.
This is a non smoking home, and pets are not allowed.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $312.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  This house was excellent for our group of eight adults and four kids. The photos don’t do it justice. Super high ceilings, lots of light, great layout on all floors. Garage space for beach items and bikes with extra fridge was so useful. Front porch was awesome. Gas grill was great to have. It was clean and ready when we arrived.
  
  Location is perfect - far enough from boardwalk to be quiet, but close enough to walk to the action. Beach not crowded and is a short walk, but parking is available and plentiful if needed. State park close by with awesome bike/run trail.
  
  Feedback on items needed: not enough coffee cups, could use some frying pans and spatulas, ice maker didn’t work at all (CB office didn’t return our message on this or another message regarding something else), it was tough to be in one of the bedrooms without a proper dresser with a week’s worth of clothing.
  
  Overall we loved this house and this neighborhood and would stay here again.

  This is a beautiful clean house a short distance from the beach. It was perfect for,our 2 week stay. We were able to store bicycles and beach gear in the garage, which made getting out the door every day very easy. The street is quieter than other in RB, which works for us. We enjoy not having to deal with the Boardwalk crowds and the Rehoboth Avenue traffic.

  Really enjoyed the house. Walk to the beach and boardwalk. Great front porch for drinks at night and coffee in the morning. The negatives are so minor but here they are: The extra fridge in the garage was literally screaming. We were afraid in might die so we unplugged it and didn't use it. Could use a few more coffee mugs for the number of people. We have to dink our coffee in shifts because there weren't enough cups. That's it. small inconveniences, but we loved the place and plan on renting again in 2023!

  Our family group decided to try a house north of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. We loved being on Deauville beach and at the tennis courts. It was a little longer to get down to Rehoboth Ave for shopping and dining, but it was worth it. We loved the neighborhood and were very comfortable in this nice, airy house. Our agent Joseph came to change a burned out light bulb right away.
