115 Hickman

Approximately one and a half blocks to the beach and boardwalk in South Rehoboth Beach, 115 Hickman Street is a single-family vacation rental home at the Delaware Beaches.

With two stories, this home features a first-floor bedroom and bathroom in addition to having the primary living spaces on that same level. On the front of the home on the first floor is also an enclosed porch, allowing rental guests to sit back and relax in the summer breezes after a day in the sand.

On the second floor, guests will find the remaining bedrooms (three) and the second bathroom.

In the backyard, there is ample outdoor living space provided by a large deck – a must have for any home in Rehoboth Beach!

There is off-street parking for three cars.
This is a non-smoking home, and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $225.00 To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  We have stayed in this house every summer for over 10 years. One thing we always enjoyed was that each year the owners made some improvement to the house (i.e. new couch, washer/dryer, refrigerator, porch, outdoor shower inclosure). This year we didn’t see any changes. Perhaps this was due to COVID. The house is in a great location and nice for a family with younger children. Unfortunately, we know have two young adults and the bedrooms are not really great for that age. I like the fact that the house does not have carpet. It is easy to sweep each day to get rid of sand. The house does need some work inside. It is showing it’s age. A new paint job of all the rooms would be a nice improvement for next year.

  This home is close enough to the beach (1.5 blocks), but far away enough from Rehoboth Avenue such that there was almost no noise to disturb light sleepers. Two/independent central AC units kept both the upstairs and downstairs comfortable (our week stay was during a heat wave). Off street driveway can easily accommodate 3 vehicles. Sleeps up to 4 adults in 2 bedrooms with a Futon for overflow guests. Other two bedrooms good size for kids (three single beds total). Home is older but has modern appliances (newer refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, LARGE size washer/dryer-front loaders). Kids enjoyed the extras on the Living Room TV (Disney Plus, YouTube Channel, etc, all included) after they came back from beach. Gas Grill in back of yard was nice to have to keep kitchen from getting too hot. Outside shower to wash off sand from beach was very welcomed. Highly recommend purchasing the linen package.

  We have stayed at this house for over 10 years. It is a great little house for a small family. The fact that it is walking distance to both the beach and down town area is a real plus. We also like that it does not have carpeting so it is easy to sweep the floors when sand gets in the house. The house does need some general maintenance. Painting all of the rooms would be a nice improvement. Some of the walls are scratched from furniture rubbing and since we have been renting the property for so long, it is easy to see that some new paint would really refresh the house.
