119a Hickman

119 Hickman Street is located two blocks to the beach and boardwalk on one of the most sought-after streets in South Rehoboth. This perfect vacation home is two-story and comes with off-street parking for 2 cars.
On the first floor, guests will find the main living space, kitchen and dining areas, as well as one bedroom and bathroom. The second floor includes three bedrooms and one bathroom shared by the three bedrooms.
Guests can spend the evening out on the back deck relaxing after a day at the beach, or use it for outdoor dining.
This is a non-smoking home, and pets are not permitted.
Due to the close proximity of the homes in this area, grilling is not allowed.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $190.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  My first time at this address but I've rented older homes often over the past 50 years. I try to focus on Hickman Street due to the proximity to relatives.
  This was fine for the6 people staying here.
  Didn't intend on bringing the dog(s) this time so the pet prohibition was of no concern.
  Through no fault of the realtor or the owner WiFi went haywire for a couple of days. Both worked diligently at getting it restored.
  While there we never used the back deck which had a table and chairs. I'd stay here again but Rehoboth is not in the plans for 2024.

  Overall great stay! When we arrived, we noticed the property had been cleaned, but not thoroughly. There was sand on the floor that I had to sweep up. Also, one of the burners on the stove had a flame that was dangerously high. It was the front, right burner. We didn’t use it. Otherwise, great property!

  The house is comfortable, very pleasant and close to the beach and downtown. Our only issue is that two bedrooms have full not queen size beds. The bedrooms are small but could accommodate queen beds. The full size beds are just not comfortable for two adults.

  I have rented this house three other times, three different seasons. Each time brings me back. The house is clean, comfortable and only two blocks from the beach. Approximately four blocks from downtown Rehoboth. The people I met who live year round were truly neighborly. One neighbor offered to help me with my car(battery went dead). Another neighbor offered to return the trash can to the driveway the next day, because I would be going home. Coldwell Banker Realtors were very accommodating, making online registration fast and easy. We are planning to make it back to 119A next year.

  119A Hickman is a pleasant, comfortable house. It is conveniently located to the beach and downtown. Other than allowing three cars to park in the driveway (restricted to two cars now), we would not change anything. It is a wonderful house.

  My family loves this house on Hickman. It works perfectly for our family of 4+grandma! While it does lack the modern updates of many of the new builds around town, it makes up for it with a clean hominess. It is an easy rental with all you need for an enjoyable and relaxed vacation at the beach. Had a minor issue upon check-in, and it was addressed immediately by the rental company and owner to our complete satisfaction. We will continue to rent this home in the future.
