A gorgeous, two story townhouse that just recently had a complete renovation!
The home is in a prime location, leaving you only steps to the beach and the boardwalk. Put your car keys away during your stay because your feet or bike can get you to where you need to go.
There aren’t many comparisons to this gem of gems in Rehoboth Beach. The remodel was well thought out and not leaving anything but luxury as a final product. The bedroom layout of the home includes 3 bedrooms on the second floor giving you privacy and quiet time from main living area—perfect for a longer stay with family or friends.
This family home has been professionally decorated —with love. You can see it in the details. The first floor has an open floor plan concept that is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the company of those you are vacationing with. The kitchen is a modern, clean and simple design with a large island with four counter stools. For more cozy dining, there is a corner banquette with a round dining table (with additional leaf to accommodate extra guests). The living space has a chaise sectional (with queen bed pullout) -perfect for relaxing while watching some afternoon TV on the 55” flat screen/Smart TV. The powder room on the first floor is ideal when children are sleeping upstairs and just plain convenient.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and it’s own private bathroom. A large, 45” flat screen/smart TV will be perfect for a rainy day or afternoon nap. The other two bedrooms include queen beds, the rooms are smaller in size, but all one needs for a stay at the beach. Each room has a an ELFA closet system. The hall bathroom is spacious for these two bedrooms with a 60” vanity and large shower.
The new High Efficiency washer and dryer is located on the second floor for added convenience. There are two parking spots in the rear of the town home and an outside shower. This is a non-smoking home. You have a private front and rear entrance. No elevator or lobby for those who have concerns about social distancing.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $180.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  this is the 3rd time our family has stayed in this home and it is consistently very clean and everything in working order. Beds are comfy and AC works well. New vacuum works well. new this year (August 2023) is a lovely front porch, though no chairs yet. also new is an attractive green lawn in front that replaced gravel. We appreciated the owners leaving a thoughtful gift bag with hand soap, paper towels, chocolate bars, etc. We also appreciate the keypad lock system on the doors--no keys to have to share and dont have to drop them off to rental agent at end of stay. Excellent customer service with rental agents at coldwell banker. One item i'd like to suggest adding is outside doormats--helpful for sand removal from shoes. New restaurants we tried this year were Downtown Blues on 1st ave. and Drift Seafood and Raw Bar on Baltimore--both 5 stars. Missed nicola's being in town, but got it delivered.

  My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at 12C Virginia avenue. The unit is one of four identical attached townhouses that are well maintained. It is fabulously close to beach and boardwalk, including Atlantic Cycles where we rented bikes for the week and explored Henlopen State Park. The house is renovated with an eye to design. Loved the little touches such as the clever “Chanel Surf boards” wall rack where we hung beach bags, jackets etc. (See if you can find the design reference elsewhere in unit) Well equipped kitchen allowed us to make a few meals at home.
