The Opal unit N206- Rare find! Immaculate and modern condo with a community pool! The cool wood floors, granite countertops and hip decor will have you in vacation mode as soon as you walk through the door. Located on the bayside of McKinley St and RT 1, 1.25 blocks to the beach. This one level, second floor condo has access to an elevator and parking for two cars. The complex features a community gas grill, outside shower and a swimming pool! Enjoy walking to all the restaurants and nightlife in Dewey Beach or take a trolley ride into Rehoboth Beach.
*This is a non smoking unit. Pets are not permitted. The building does have an elevator.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $168.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  The condo was a decent size with a good location close to everything. It was clean-ish. Cobwebs and stains present in bathrooms. Prior water damage on hardwood floor with a buckle. One (difficult to find and replace) CFL bulb flickered, popped and broke when we turned it on. The LED bulbs in the condo went through a constant cycle of "dim-bright-dim-bright" almost like a flashing.

  We’ve stayed at the Opal for several years now. This past stay was a bit disappointing. We, and several other families, brought food to grill. Well, the grill wasn’t working correctly. Only one out of the six burners worked and it had a low flame. I called about it on Monday morning and nothing was done. The garbage at the pool area was not emptied for days and the pool should have been cleaned/vacuumed daily.

  Accessibility is sometimes the name of the game when traveling with Senior adults. We loved the elevator access to the second level.
  
  The kitchen is adequately furnished (hurrah for sharp cutting tools in a rental place!)
  
  We loved the bench in the walk-in shower off the BR with the King (altho, grab handles would be a nice 'add'. Slippery bathroom floors. FYI--The second bath has a very high tub, no handles.)
  
  We loved the open kitchen/living area for socializing. We loved the pool. Location, location --we could get to all our shore favorites in Lewes, RB, Dewey & Bethany. We love GoFish, Woody's, and Cottage Cafe --and the outlets. The owner/neighbors are pleasant and helpful. The CB team of Joseph, John & "George" provided excellent & timely customer service.
  
  Sleeping next to RT 1 on motorcycle rally weekend might be your challenge...if one of the very firm beds in the second room don't keep you awake. Still --We were happy with our too short visit. Hope to return some time!
