Guests enter through the front of the home into a large first floor, that flows through the entire story of the home. The living room transitions seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen. In the rear of this home’s first floor, guests will find a primary bedroom suite. Completing this comfy coastal retreat are two screen porches, one on the front and one on the back of the home with seating and outdoor dining space.
Upstairs, on the second floor, guests will find three more bedrooms, one is a second primary bedroom suite, and the other two feature their own bathrooms as well. Overlooking the backyard on the second floor is a deck, providing outdoor space for all to enjoy.
No Rehoboth Beach rental is complete without a backyard, and the space at 221 Laurel Street is truly spectacular. It features an entire outdoor kitchen area, finished with a grill and mini fridge.
There is off street parking for two cars, and is three blocks to the beach. This is a non-smoking home.
Guest must pay $1,500 refundable security deposit.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $255.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
