24 Van Dyke Ave. unit B- Second floor, ocean block, one level condo located on Van Dyke Ave. The unit features two master bedrooms with an en suite bath and two bedrooms that share a hall bath. There is a very spacious living, dining and kitchen area that opens up to a screened in porch. There is designated parking at the condo for 2 cars.

  Overall we had a great stay. The unit is very spacious, laid out really well, and is in a great location. It's an easy walk to everything in Dewey. The furniture was clean and comfortable. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed. The shut off for the outdoor shower is located under the bathroom sink and leaked when we turned it on. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but did not have a large pot or frying pan and only had 5 dinner plates. The unit was clean as far as dusting and vacuuming, but there were a few areas where it was obvious food or drinks were spilled on the walls and baseboards and left there. Screened in porch was great. Key pick up and drop off was super easy and Trevor with Coldwell Banker was very responsive and helpful.

  Property was very clean, up to date and beautiful. Loved the patio for early morning and late evenings. Easily accessible to multiple local restaurants, shops and beach-can walk. Definitely would rent property again.

  The rental is a short walk to the beach which was perfect with 2 young children. Also, the unit is within walking distance to several restaurants. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. The open living room, kitchen and dining area was a great space for family time together.
