An airy Great Room with lofty vaulted ceiling is the perfect place to relax, while meal prep might even be enticing again in this irresistible kitchen surrounded by whisper quiet stainless appliances, pretty painted soft close cabinetry and large quartz Cambria island or simply grab your favorite libation and head for the adjoining covered dining deck as you enjoy a panorama of sights and sounds and nods to nature.

This charming Southern Delaware dwelling exudes an eclectic mix of finishes and styles that were brought together from the Great Room to the Bunk Room in this lazy lake house and is the sweet spot between sophistication and playfulness.

Electric car charger is available at an extra cost. The charger will be an additional $50 for the week per car. Please inquire with your agent if you wish to add the charging amenity.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $210.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  The house was perfect. Right next to the lake. We were concerned that it might be buggy being so close to the water, but it was not at all. The entire house has been beautifully redone. The back porch is so nice you could spend all of your time out there.

  The property was wonderful. It was newly updated, clean, comfortable, and convenient to Rehoboth Ave, the beach and the boardwalk. There was some miscommunication with Caldwell Bankers, the management company, when I called on check in day to ask if there was a parking pass and could we go in early. Our agent wasn’t there and the receptionist told me false info and told me I needed to stop there first. She also said she would call me back with the needed info and never did. Apparently I was offered a discount if my dog was groomed but the agent didn’t relay the information to me until 1-2 days before check in which was too late to do so.

  We had a wonderful stay at 314 Stockley Street in Rehoboth!! The house is beautiful and spacious with a fabulous great room where all 7 of us could gather for meals, games, and just relaxing. The location is perfect, just a few short blocks from Rehoboth Avenue and a quick drive to the beach with all our bags. We were so happy to be able to bring our small dog along on vacation, thank you!! We will definitely be back!

  We had a fantastic stay. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. The owners clearly invested in making this a great home. We also appreciated how everything was organized and labeled in key areas. The deck and water views with fish and turtles were great. We would absolutely stay here again.
  
  House is about a 15-minute walk to the main strip.
  
  My only recommendation is that the owners should consider getting a regular coffee pot instead of the Kurig. We did appreciate the pour over though but when you have s few people that can take some time.

  Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood on the end of the lake. Beautiful views! House was very clean, mattresses extremely comfortable, and kitchen well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Gorgeous remodel and layout. The only downside was it was very tight to get two cars in the driveway.

  House appears recently renovated, well designed and was meticulously cleaned and seems like every cabinet in the house was fully stocked with anything you could ever need on your trip! My favorite part was the large deck with plenty of comfortable seating to read, eat, or play games.
  
  Neighborhood was very quiet and our dogs loved watching all the wildlife (including rabbits!) nearby. Check-in was a breeze with a code for the front door and no requirement to stop by the rental office - wish more places did this as it truly makes a huge difference!

  We have been renting beach houses for 20+ years and this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in. The house is clean, comfortable and very well stocked--it has everything you need for a great vacation. It is a bit of a walk to the beach--15-20 minutes--but still very convenient. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood near a park and a playground. Easy to get into town too. Highly recommend!

  House is a recent reno or rebuild, attractively designed and meticulously cleaned and equipped, with all new appliances including an induction cooktop. Especially liked the open plan living area. The lake directly behind the house was a delight, with turtles large and small, a great blue heron, ospreys, and a bunch of large carp. I thought the lake location would be a mosquito problem but it wasn't. Just a few minor criticisms. No dressers in the first floor and master bedrooms so I was always looking for someplace to put things down. A safety bar in the master bath would have been welcome because the tub is slippery. And it says room for three cars but two would have to be really small to fit on the parking pad.
