With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, propane BBQ, parking for 2 cars off street, just one block to the beach, and located downtown, what more could you need!

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $155.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  My family loved our experience. The home had a perfect location, was very nice, and had enough room and beach amenities. The only poor feedback I had was the cooking pans needed to be replaced, and the BBQ was not usable. There was little to no gas and it was filthy. When you get a beach house you want to be able to BBQ.

  This was a wonderful retreat from our overwhelming world. I was fortunate to stay here for 28 days....some days with a lot of family in the unit above me....the rest of the days off & on with various family members from DC, MD, NY. And for 10 marvelous days alone. It was a perfect place for me without a car and on a cane. The only issue was the large tv in main living space did not work. But I rarely missed it except during a rainy day or two. Restaurants were walking distance. The main area of Rehoboth Street was walking distance. The beach was about 2 blocks away. The lake was across the street with a walking path around it. A small grocery store was 3 blocks. And Double Dippers, the best ice cream store ever, was also 3 blocks. The large covered porch has recessed lighting for evening card games with a table and chairs to eat your meals outside. I sat on the porch in the dark in the middle of the night during a huge lightning rain storm. This place was perfect for me and I really hated to leave & go back to my real life in Denver.
  Restaurants I loved were Fable, Jam, Stingray, Cultured Pearl, Back Porch, and best of all when you have someone with a car is Matt's Fish Camp! Best seafood I had all month. And my very first Ipswitch clams.
  Myles Martin worked with me for probably 6 months until we found the perfect property for the dates I wanted. He helped me find how to rent linens, and Coldwell gave me a wonderful cleaning team (Marina and her crew) to hire for a mid-month cleaning. Sometimes during the stay, my texts were not answered, but when I called Coldwell directly I got the answers I needed. Depending upon what you are looking for, I would definitely recommend this space to anyone. It was a year in the planning to make this all happen which got me through the worst of the covid 19 shutdown. I wish I could go back!
