33B Virginia Ave.- Enjoy your beach vacation in two top levels of this beautifully decorated two family home. This transitionally-styled home is immaculate and professionally decorated to please your sense of style It boasts a second floor covered deck as well as 3rd floor sun deck. Get away to one of the two spacious livings areas both equip with big screen smart tvs, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, propane BBQ, lake Gerar Views, just 1 block to ocean, 2 off street parking spots, so close in you will never move your car. Two queens, 3 singles and a double sofa sleeper in the bonus room. This property can be rented along with the downstairs house which has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large front porch and beautifully decorated.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $215.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  Recently stayed at 33B Virginia. It was a wonderful week. Can not beat the location. Neighborhood is quiet at night and so close to Rehoboth Ave, beach/boardwalk. Had a wonderful walk to Farmer's Market on Tuesday. The house is well maintained and all kitchen needs provided. Great spot for another wonderful Rehoboth Beach vacation!

  Our rental was very nice. It was decorated in a very coastal fashion and was well stocked with amenities. We struggled with the lock which caused some issues. It was also probably not the best choice for our two small grandsons due to the many stairs. While I will not rent this property again, I will definitely work with Coldwell again. My agent was absolutely wonderful. I should have given him more details about our needs. Had I done that, he would have been able to match us with a more appropriate property.

  This was a very nice rental home, well maintained, very clean and in a great part of town. Just a little over a block to the beach, and close to downtown Rehoboth. It was everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

  The home was comfortable and located within easy walk to the beach or town. The website was misleading in the number of beds (occupancy). A trundle was listed on the website/lease and upon inquiry with real estate agency we were told there was a roll away bed for the 9th person. However, there was only a thin mattress in a closet that we laid on the floor of the living area. The website should be more clear about the sleeping accommodations.
