Situated west of Coastal Highway, at about 1.5 miles from the beach, this home is on the third floor of a condo building behind Big Fish Grill, just south of our Rehoboth Beach office. An elevator is right next to this four-bedroom rental, making unpacking upon arrival completely painless. This building is also adjacent to one of three community pools guests have access to during their stay – how’s that for convenience?
On the main level of this home, there is a screened-in porch ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view of the pond out back.
Even though this home is away from the craziness, that does not mean the location is lacking. You are a short drive from Dewey Beach, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and so much more that Coastal Delaware has to offer!
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $242.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
