Welcome to 4 Pine Reach in the beautiful seaside community of Henlopen Acres. Look no further if you are searching for a family-sized accommodations with a large, spacious lot close to the beach!
This custom home is perfectly designed for family gatherings, from the large kitchen and gathering areas, to the private bedroom suites. Four of the bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms, but the fifth bedroom means there is ample space for everyone!
Steps to the private Henlopen Acres beach or the public Deauville beach and tennis courts, guests will are sure to love this location. Whether you enjoy biking the quiet and shady streets, hiking and swimming in nearby Cape Henlopen Park, or just sitting on the rooftop deck to view the ocean, there is something for everyone close by! Guests can also visit the Rehoboth Art League galleries and historic campus, or walk to the boardwalk in downtown Rehoboth Beach. There is off street parking for 6 or more cars. This is a non smoking home, and pets are strictly prohibited. To access the beach you must cross Ocean Drive.
Rentals are subject to Town of Henlopen Acres Rental Rules and Regulations, maximum occupancy of 12 persons.

Booking Restrictions-
7 Night Stays-
Please note that due to restrictions in Henlopen Acres this property is limited to six in-season rentals (May to September) and two off-season rentals (January to April; October to December) per calendar year, and is expected to book quickly. There is no limit on the duration of each rental. Book two weeks and get the second week at half the price. Call for a monthly rental.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $270.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  We always have a wonderful time, beautiful time of year to spend the week in Rehoboth. Weather was great. Location to the beach is great since we are all getting older. Love the area, quiet, not busy. Look forward to next year.

  Location,Location,is awesome. Nice home fits are family needs. We just love being in the acres so private. Close to Beach and downtown. This is one of are favorite places to rent. Always enjoy are stay. Coldwell Banker always are very helpful and polite and if you have any issues they take care of it ASAP. We just are happy staying there.

  We spent another wonderful week at the beach. Our group loves the house and the location. We have been renting this house for at least 5 years and hope to continue our yearly week rental in September. Great time of the year to spend a week at the beach; kids are back to school and the town is very laid back at this time.

  This is the third year we have rented 4 Pine Reach because our family enjoys it so much. It is a short walk to the beach and sits on a large lot in a natural setting with lots of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and shady and suitable for walking or biking and yet is convenient to downtown Rehobeth. The house suits our needs and all the small improvements and repairs we suggested last year were made for this year. We hope to return and continue our family tradition for many more years.

  My family has stayed at this house for years because we love the location. This year there were 3 pages of rules and regulations that were sent prior to our arrival, which were not welcoming. Upon arrival it was obvious that one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned, the toilet was covered with mold. We think an entire room was missed in the cleaning process. Also, each year we mention that the refrigerator in the kitchen doesn't work properly, but it has not been fixed. The house works really well for us, and we love the beach. We just wish we felt more welcomed in the neighborhood. We love Rehoboth.
