41 A&B Maryland Ave. - Located approximately 1.5 blocks to the beach. This single family home is two separate units with two separate entrances. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. Each unit has its own kitchen facility. There is off street parking for 2 cars. There is a screened in porch on the downstairs unit plus an enclosed porch. The upstairs unit has a front and rear deck.
There are two additional weekly rentals located behind this home, two apartments.
*This is a non smoking home. Tenant to pay the $250 cleaning fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  House was old, but taken care of. Def needs updating, especially mattresses. None of lights in livingroom worked, all needed lightbulbs. Broken chair and window treatment. Things that should be addressed as renters leave. But loved our trip. House was clean and close to everything. Would def come back!

  I’ve stayed at dozens of properties in Rehoboth and this house was around average. It probably needs new beds and frames, which were viable and tangibly overused. The owner had packages delivered while I was there so I had to manage those. The owner was also in the property at times. Also, a potential renter entered the property and asked us numerous questions about the property, seemingly not u detrás ding that this was inappropriate and unwelcome. Also, I needed some help getting the water to be hot and also the vacuum was inoperable. I had to unclog it’s tubes and request new bags from Mgmt company.

  House was a late to the game rental that worked for 2 families. It wasn’t glamorous and could use some TLC, but clean and convenient for 4 adults and 6 kids ages 0-10. Separate units were good for spacing, not ideal for when it rained or putting baby to bed, but it worked for the week. There were tenets/owners in the units behind and were helpful and friendly. Walk to beach, downtown and boardwalk made for a functional week at the beach.

  Rented Maryland Avenue Units A&B. Would have liked the units connected from the inside not just outside stairs. Location was GREAT for walking everywhere; you didn't have to move the car to have plenty to do. We loved the screened in porch!
