The property includes off street parking for 5-6 cars and two additional on street parking passes. Located 1.5 blocks to the beach. This is a non smoking home. **Dogs are welcome with a $250 pet fee per pet- 2 dog max no larger than 25lbs. unless approved by owner.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $445.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
