Guests at 56 Delaware Avenue are in for a real treat – they can park their car at the rental upon arrival, and then walk to everything in Rehoboth Beach during their stay!

At just two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, a safe and easy stroll from the house to the sand awaits when staying at this charming and remodeled South Rehoboth Beach home. Being on Delaware Avenue, guests are also on the same street as boardwalk landmark Funland! This home is just two blocks from Rehoboth Avenue as well, meaning a plethora of shops and restaurants are steps away!

When not out exploring the town, guests to this vacation rental are treated to coastal comfort throughout the home. The main level consists of the main living space, plus a modern kitchen and dining space for everyone to share after a day in the sand. A porch can be found off the living room, which provides a quiet outdoor living space to enjoy.

There are five bedrooms in the home – four on the second story, and one in the basement. Additionally, there is a bathroom on each floor of the home: a full bathroom on the second floor, a half on the first floor, and a full bathroom in the basement. There is an upper deck with entrances from 2 of the bedrooms. Home is cooled with 2 split a/c units and forced air.

This home also features a terrific outdoor sitting area to enjoy grilling and those amazing summer evenings with friends and family.

Guests at 56 Delaware Avenue can pack light, as the owner provides beach chairs and bikes for use during your stay. Plus, if you need additional space, the apartment at 55 Philadelphia Street can be rented as well for a total of eight bedrooms and three bathrooms!

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $235.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  This was our first year renting this property and we were very pleased with the home. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The area was nice and the walk to the beach was short. Would recommend this property to others.

  The house was a great house for 4 adult couples. Only 1 bath on the floor with 4 bedrooms though, but we made it work. The kitchen floor and refrigerator was not as clean as it should have been but was well equipped and updated. Great location - close to main street.
