6 Hickman Street is an inviting home in the ocean block of South Rehoboth, steps to the boardwalk and beach as the third house off of the boardwalk.
This five bedroom, three bath home features an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. Both first floor bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower. On the second floor, guests find the master suite and two other bedrooms that share a full-bath.
Ideal for entertaining and those large family dinners, the large kitchen is finished with a double oven and granite countertops. Guests can sit on the front porch to watch the people walk to the beach or sit on the second-floor deck to bask in the ocean breezes. This location is also close to Rehoboth shops and restaurants just a few blocks away on Rehoboth Avenue.
Off-street parking for three cars.
This is a non-smoking home, and pets are strictly prohibited.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $255.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  Property was very convenient to the beach for our family of 11, which included 6 children ages 4-11. Overall, experience was good, as it was the first time renting this property. Parking in the driveway for three cars was great. There was a problem with a clogged shower drain and shower curtains that needed replacing. Washer and dryer were in the basement, that was kind of creepy, and the dryer needed repair. There is an outdoor shower; however, would have been nice if it was enclosed. The place could have used more tvs (only 2 in the entire house) and the Comcast cable channels were limited, i.e., no premium channels or access to many popular kids channels. Overall we had fun. Plenty of room for the whole family. Would recommend the property, despite some of the issues noted in the review. And the management company was responsive, professional, and easy to reach. They were great!

  We love this house for not only what it has to offer but more so the location. Within walking distance to most things a young family would want. Up to date bathrooms and sitting areas with a large table for family meals.

  This home is beautiful. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Location couldn’t be better! One complaint, living room furniture is very uncomfortable. As great as this house is, this furniture is terrible. I have rented many homes in Rehoboth and this would be the best except for this furniture.

  This is a beautiful home in an awesome location! Loved to outdoor space. House was spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 1 toddler. Only complaint is with the living room furniture. It would benefit from an upgrade. Also would be nice to have a king bed in the master bedroom! Despite these 2 things, would stay there again in the future!

  Great, large kitchen. Whole house ha a Light and bright atmosphere. Only drawback(for our group) was that there is no handicap access-no entry way from outside without steps.

  The House was spacious and in an excellent location. Updates in kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Living room furniture was not comfortable and porch cushions need replacing. Kitchen was well-equipped although the pans should be nonstick.
