7 Collins Avenue is an ocean-block, three-story town-home, with a private elevator included for guest convenience. A very spacious unit, this home features two first floor master suites, and a third on the second floor. Bedrooms four and five are also on the second floor, and they share a hall bath.
The third floor is the main congregating space, as it houses the kitchen and dining space, as well as the living room. There is a half bath on the third floor.
This unit also has a lot of outdoor space. On the front of the unit, guests will be treated to two decks, and also a back deck off the kitchen where they can grill, there is a gas grill. Ocean views from top decks.
There is off-street parking for two cars, and the owner provides two on-street permits.
This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $305.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
