Unit 1E at 7 Maryland Avenue is a first-floor apartment in the ocean block of North Rehoboth. The unit was recently renovated and the home looks terrific! Updates include new flooring throughout, fresh paint, a kitchen refresh including updated appliances and new countertops and painted cabinets as well as new bathroom vanities. Guests will enjoy the open kitchen and living area, which features a breakfast bar. With three bedrooms, this unit is great for the small family looking for a beach getaway for a week. One bedroom is a master suite, while the other two share the second bathroom.
Maryland Avenue is two blocks away from the many shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Avenue, so guests can park their car for the week, and walk to anything they want! This apartment is about four buildings from the beach, meaning you are never far from the ocean and the front sun room has an ocean view.
There is off-street parking for two cars.
This is a non-smoking unit. Pets (dogs only) are permitted with an extra $250 pet fee per pet.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $190.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  Nicely appointed, recently renovated 3 bedroom condo. You can't beat it; it's close to the beach and we can bring our pups. Literally steps from the boardwalk! Coldwell is also great. We have been renting from them for years and have also enjoyed great service.

  Location is perfect for beach and boardwalk convenience! All the renovations are great, loved the flooring and new couch and table. The only disappointment was the primary bedroom with very old toilet and a new shower would be nice. Seemed odd the flooring was all new, but molding along floor was still old and dirty. Hopefully, it's in next year plans to improve and we plan to stay again! Kitchen has the basics but not too much if you cook a lot. We took advantage of all the restaurants near by!

  This apartment is in a great location. There have been some renovations to the unit. The LVT floor is greatly appreciated as a surface that seems cleaner over time than carpet. There is no outside space which we would have appreciated. They need to buy a new sofa-- the existing one is decrepit. There are no enclosed outdoor showers; the hose and showers are open air - we prefer enclosed outdoor showers. The kitchen is small but serviceable. The living space is also small- would be crowded for 6 people-- we were only 3 so it was fine. Bedding was fine. The master bath is comically small-- the shower stall opens into the bedroom-- quirky but not unusable. Heavy footed upstairs neighbors were audible but quiet at night so no biggy. Overall would like a slightly bigger apt.

  Condo is so close to the beach - 2 back and 2 streets from Rehoboth Avenue so easy to get to everything. Condo had everything we needed. Only "suggestion" is to put recessed lights in the living room. I thought it was too dark but not a huge deal - maybe just my issue since I love light and brightness.

  Refrigerator ice machine, and dishwasher did not work. Called Myles Martin and a repairman came and found out a valve was off. No repair needed. New updates to the apt were very nice. Did see a few of the mattress pad covers were very dirty and the back bedroom with the queen bed bathroom has very dirty. Toilet and sink needed cleaned. Your reality service is always friendly. I think maybe we are usually the first renters for the season and we notice things that require attention. Also the four slice toaster only worked in two slots. Don't mean to be picky just think you should know these things. God willing we will return next year.

  Basically a good week. Two days bad weather. The big thing I noticed both years at this property was the noise from upstairs. There is no carpet in the floors so you hear every little thing, I think carpet on the floor would help minimize the noise we hear downstairs.
