9B Rodney St. - Located ocean block in Dewey Beach approximately 1/2 block to the beach. Enjoy the two balconies on the home that offer an ocean view. The floor plan of this home includes one bedroom and bath on the first floor and an open living, kitchen and dining area. The second floor includes a primary bedroom with a full bath and two separate bedrooms that share a hall bath. As an added bonus the owner provides linens for this rental unit. This unit also has access to the hotel pool located on Read St. The perfect vacation rental!

  If you want a house close to the beach, this is it! You literally walk out the door and take 50 steps and you are on the beach. We appreciate the three car off street parking. Shops and restaurants are close by. You are within a mile of Rehobeth beach and the boardwalk. Nice quiet area. Woody’s is the best restaurant for crabcakes.

  This was our 3rd straight year for our annual beach vacation. It’s the perfect location, walking distance for anything Dewey, a short drive to Rehoboth and Lewes, outlet shopping is fantastic, and most importantly, we bring along our four legged pup star! Truly relaxing, while being in the heart of it all. Very clean unit, all amenities, tremendous staff, nothing lacking. The pool is a treat to enjoy after being in the sand and surf. For our family, 5 stars across the board!

  I love this property because of its location to the beach. Just steps away. House is large enough to accommodate 10 individuals. Love the use of the pool. Rehobeth is only a mile away. We went to crabby dicks, the outlets, and Papillion café. Great croissants!

  Great house, close to the beach and very well stocked with kitchen essentials, etc. The only thing lacking - because we had a cold, rainy week - was a place for hanging wet coats.
  If you have toddlers (bring gates for the stairs). If you have anyone that will have issues with the many stairs consider a different place. I would rent again!

  This town home is in a wonderful location, just 3 houses back from the ocean. Very well maintained house, plus great views from the top deck. Short walk across the street to watch the sunset, overall a lovely place to stay!
