Located ocean block on Dickinson Street in Dewey Beach, the vacation rental at Dewey Villas 4B is a second-floor condo, with two levels of living space.
On the first floor, guests can enjoy the open eat-in kitchen which flows into the main living area. There is also a bathroom for convenience on this level. Upstairs, on the second floor, there are three bedrooms that share the second bathroom.
At this condo rental, guests will not only be treated to a prime location, but also off-street parking for two cars. A community pool is also available – tentative availability of the pool is mid-June through mid-September, though openings and closings are subject to change without prior notice.
Unit shares the washer and dryer with the downstairs unit. It is in the common stairwell.
Building does not have an elevator, and stairs are required to access this unit.
This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not allowed.
