In South Rehoboth Beach, just three buildings off the boardwalk on Hickman Street, is the condo rental at Mariner’s Court Unit 222.

This carefully maintained vacation rental has one of Rehoboth Beach’s top locations. Why? Because it is super close to the beach, while also being only a few blocks from Rehoboth Avenue! Guests can take advantage of the location by easily walking to everything the Nation’s Summer Capital has to offer during their stay.

With two stories, Mariner’s Court Unit 222 has a total of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor, guests will find the living room, kitchen, and dining area. On the first floor there is also a balcony that offers guests a peek at the Atlantic Ocean – you’re almost oceanfront! Upstairs, guests will find both bedrooms and the second shared bathroom.

This condo provides a community swimming pool for guests and parking for two cars per unit. There is an elevator in the building, there is not an elevator in the unit.

*Please note, there is a height restriction on the parking garage, and no vehicles over 6 feet tall will be able to park in the garage.
This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $160.00 To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  This is our third stay at Mariners Court - different unit each time. You can't beat the location. Just park your car for the week - you won't need it (unless you go to the outlets.) The two-bedroom condos are perfect for a family of four, and most have a pullout if needed. I wish this particular one had a Keurig machine. We managed with the regular coffee machine. The bike rack in the parking garage is very convenient, as is the outdoor shower and hose. There are three sections of the parking garage and full-sized SUVs will NOT fit in the 100 section. The pool is handy on a super hot day when you're done with the beach. Our fav restaurants are DiFebos, Sazio, Salt Air, and Houston White Co. Drinks at Zogg's during the day is a great break from the sun ;-)

  Mariner’s Court is so convenient to the Hickman Street Beach and the Boardwalk. The apartment is roomy, and the kitchen well equipped. The complex is clean and has a pool which the grandchildren loved.

  There's a lot to like about this unit! Location is great - steps from the beach, toward the "quieter" end of town, easy walk to shops and restaurants (lots to do in Rehoboth). Good choice when you want amenities of a home in a smaller unit, comfortable for 4 people. On-site parking garage a plus. Stair climbing is almost inevitable, but provides a nice ocean view from MBR window. Already reserved a spot for next year!

  Location is very convenient to all there is to offer. Appliances for most part work well for their age. Main level carpet needs replaced and upstairs needs good cleaning. Twin beds need replacing. We like to stay here as the unit next door belongs to family so we are more tolerant of upgrades needed.

  Delightful 2 bedroom condo. Lots of room. Lots of stairs to get there, so it provided ready made exercise. (The elevator was far away from our condo, so the stairs were better.)
