Maryland Gardens unit 21B- A perfect vacation rental located ocean block on Maryland Ave in Rehoboth Beach. Maryland Avenue is the second street North of Rehoboth Avenue. This location is a short walk to unique dining, great shops and only 1/2 block to the boardwalk and beach. This is a first floor, one level apartment. The layout includes a living, kitchen area and a screened in porch. There is parking off street for 1 car, and the owner provides one additional pass for the street.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $155.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  Overall rental experience was good - this was our first summer in this location. Previously rented 17b Selling point was the fact that there were two bathrooms for 6 people. Porch furniture was not properly cleaned - but overall cleanliness was acceptable.
