Ocean Harbor 5a

Ocean Harbor Unit 5A is a three-story town-home, located ocean front on Dickinson Street.
Guests enter and find a bedroom and full bath, as well as a laundry area. Going up to the second floor, the spacious living room gives way to an ocean view on the deck. Guests can enjoy this view all the way from the kitchen, which also has a small deck overlooking the parking area.
On the third floor, guests will find two bedrooms that share a hall bath. Staying in the master suite will be like living in a dream - there are ocean views from this room, plus its own private deck for relaxing in the salt air.

There is off street parking for 2 cars- parking restrictions 6'6'' clearance.
This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $205.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  The view from this condo is nothing short of amazing. Only issue is the AC does not work well on the third floor. Most days it was 82 degrees. The dishwasher also doesn't work. Despite both of those things, we loved the place.

  The house was just what we wanted. The location of the house and the size is exactly what we wanted. Upon arriving, we realized the door was broken and did not lock. The house was not cleaned (if it was, I would get a new cleaner- the dust was 3 inches thick and lint all over the carpet and steps for being freshly vacuumed and blood on the comforter)
  kitchen lights did not work. We did not receive our linen package until 930pm after 3 calls to them.
  other then those issues (which we called about right away) we had a great stay! Watched the sunrise a few mornings while having coffee on the balcony. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. We were steps away from a few great bars and night life. washer and dryer was a blessing for towels and bedsheets. Would definitely love to stay there again. Our agent was amazing with communication and check-in/ check out.

  The home is a bit outdated, but that keeps the weekly rent lower than others. It had everything needed for a peaceful stay. Nothing compares to the view from the living room and the primary bedroom.
