Ocean Harbor 6a

Ocean Harbor Townhomes, Unit 6A is located ocean front on Dickinson Street in Dewey Beach. A multi-level town home, this unit offers two ocean front balconies so you can enjoy the view!
Guests enter on the ground floor, which has one bedroom and full bath. The second floor consists of the primary living space, featuring a spacious, open living area, dining space, kitchen, and half-bath. On the third floor, guests will find master suite, plus two additional bedrooms that share a hall bath. The master bedroom offers the second balcony, so you can wake up and have an ocean view first thing in the morning!
There is a loft on the fourth floor with a small sitting area.
Parking restrictions 6'6'' clearance.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $225.00 To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  We have stayed in several of the Ocean Harbor units. The location is fantastic. Great ocean views and convenient access to the beach. 6A is a nice unit and priced in line with the others available for rental. However, where the others have had finishes & appliances repaired/replaced/updated, 6A is in desperate need of general repairs and a major sprucing up.
  The 2 star rating for cleanliness isn't so much about housekeeping as it is about deteriorating finishes especially in the bathrooms. If asked by a friend, We would qualify our recommendation of this property as above.

  The beachfront rental was perfect and overall the stay was good. The property needed some normal maintenance done. Outlets needed replaced; the entrance door lock needed tightened; dishwasher was broken; toaster didn't work properly; and some light fixtures didn't work. I didn't feel comfortable using the decks on the upper level even though the realty had reported that they had been fixed after being deemed unsafe.

  Loved the property's quiet beach location with it also being in walking distance to many hot spots. The house was generally clean except all of the silverware and dishes were filthy. We had to was everything prior to use and even took out silverware tray and washed it...absolutely gross!!! One big disappointment for the week was the last minute notice of the inability to use the top floor deck as that view was one of the selling points for us. Plus would recommend some updates to the AC as the master bedroom and loft were extremely warm all the time while living room was cold and refrigerator was not very cold and ice maker did not work very well. But, we really enjoyed our vacation and now know Dewey is a great vacation spot!!!

  Lots of steps for those with bad knees. Several of the bedroom TVs need to be replaced. Great location and easy beach access. Lots of beach gear in downstairs closet was not initially listed so we brought our own chairs, etc. and didn't need to. Trash cans in the way of parking. Overall we had a good visit and would go back there again.

  Enjoy decks off of nearly every room in this beach front Dewey, DE property. Four bedrooms and four full baths make it ideal for large groups. Sunken living room, beach front deck and fireplace. It's all there in this older property. Note, however, that the property is a bit worn and could use paint but, the wear and tear are superseded by making coffee while watching the waves break. If you are light sensitive, bring a sleep mask as the sun coming into the Master bedroom is blinding. Once you're up, you'll love the elevated view from the Master bedroom deck. Parking is very limited. Beds are older but, still, this rental is a score. Enjoy!
