Rainbow Cove unit 109C- Located bayside on Dagsworthy St.in Dewey Beach, making this centrally located condo a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. One level condo with an open living, kitchen and dining area. The unit is approximately 1.5 blocks to the beach. There is off street parking for 2 cars. This is a non smoking unit.
Dog Friendly with a $250 non refundable pet fee per pet.
This is a Friday to Friday rental.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $210.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

Booking Restrictions-
7 Night Stays- starting mid June through August
2 Night Stays- starting Jan through early June and September through December

Bedding- 1 Queen, 2 Singles, 2 Singles, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa

  Our previous booking canceled on us a day before the trip, I managed to find this rental and the booking process/communication put my mind at ease and was amazing! Right in the middle of Dewey beach, restaurants are within walking distance. Furniture could do with some updates due to cracked edges/stains kn the couch however for a beach rental it’s what you’d expect. The rental was clean and smelt clean upon arrival.

  This condo was good value for the money. Upon arrival we discovered several damage issues but the staff at Coldwell Banker had them resolved by the next day. We were concerned about potential noise at night but it really wasn't that bad. Silverware needs to be replaced/added and single beds need better mattresses, but again, it was clean and adequate for the price.
