Residences of Lighthouse Cove Unit 407 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo just one block from the beach, and features many of the latest trends in finishing and details. If you want an updated rental with a balcony just one block from the beach, then this is the unit for you!
The fully-equipped kitchen is every cook's dream with stainless steel appliances; granite counter top; a breakfast bar; plus everything you could need to prepare and serve amazing meals. The spacious living and dining area is the focus, with comfortable, luxury seating for family and guests, all complimenting a flat screen TV atop the gas fireplace. The living also features a pull-out out couch for additional sleeping needs.
The luxurious master bedroom includes a queen-size bed. A private bathroom adjoins the master bedroom, with a custom-designed tile shower and double vanity sinks. The quaint second bedroom features a double/single bunk bed.
Enjoy the outdoor pool, only for condo owners and condo guests. From the Fourth Floor Plaza you can watch the sunset from the community fire pit and BBQ grill area, or just relax and enjoy Dewey Beach and the stunning mid-Atlantic coastline from high above beach crowds.
Guests at The Residences of Lighthouse Cove also receive access to many of the Hyatt Place Hotel's amenities. You can float in the indoor pool or work out using the fitness equipment.
Garage restrictions- max height 6'6, no oversized vehicles permitted and all roof racks must be removed before entering garage. If your vehicle doesn't fit under the building, you will need to purchase an on street parking from the city (parking permits are required May 15- Sept 15).

Guests are required to pay the $150 cleaning fee and the $20 entry card activation fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $175.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  The Residence Lighthouse was great. The location was perfect! We were walking distance to the beach and restaurants! My only complaint would be it could have been cleaner. Every cup, dish and silverware we went to use was dirty. Also the Master bathroom was half cleaned at best.

  We enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse Cove and would return. Nice size property for family of 4. Great location to beach, restaurants, and the Jolly Trolley. The owners have attempted to create an upscale, comfortable vacation property. Unfortunately, previous tenants were not very respectful. The walls were all banged up. That did not affect our stay, I just felt badly for the owners. My only complaint was regarding the cleanliness of the property, especially the washing machine. It smelled horribly of mold. I didn't notice at first load. After washing the towels and removing to the dryer, they smelled terrible. I looked closer and you could see black slime or mold on the rubber gasket. It took me an hour to clean the washer. After which I ran the sanitizer cycle. This could be prevented if tenants were instructed to leave the washer door open after running. My daughter slept in the top bunk. There was sand in the bed. There were two spiders in the master bedroom. You could see the vacuum was run but the spiders were overlooked. The shower in the master bath had pink slime/mold on the threshold by the door hinge. If you have to pay $150 cleaning fee, I shouldn't see this. I understand it was a difficult year to get cleaning people, due to the pandemic. I would have asked for a partial refund, however, for the first time I left some personal items behind. Our realtor, Bill M., was extremely kind in contacting the owner, retrieving the items, and packing them up to take to UPS so they could be returned. Bill was in fact lovely to work with from the beginning, very kind and professional. I did provide feedback immediately to CB, not because I enjoy complaining, but because I truly intended to provide constructive feedback. Hopefully they will be able to employ more diligent cleaning people. Because the property was nice, overall, the location was very convenient, and Bill was so nice, I would definitely book a property through CB, again.
