In the center of Rehoboth Beach’s wonderful downtown area is the renovated townhome rental located at Scarborough Village Unit 305!

Sitting just four blocks from the beach, this coastal retreat has a newly renovated kitchen and a spiral staircase that takes guests upstairs to the two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first floor of this vacation rental is where guests will enter from the parking area, which is directly underneath the unit, and has the primary living areas.

Guests can enjoy everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer at this amazing location or stay close! Shops, restaurants, and playgrounds are just a short walk away, while the community also has a saltwater pool available for rental guests.

This home comes with two off-street parking spots (located under the unit by the front door), and the owner also provides one on-street parking permit. This permit can be used at any non-metered parking spot in the city of Rehoboth Beach. Please note that if you park at a metered parking spot, even with this on-street permit, you will be required to pay for parking.

This unit is non-smoking. The owner will allow one dog with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. The dog must be a small dog not weighing over 20lbs. Tenants pay the $90 cleaning fee.

NOTE: This property has a spiral staircase that leads to the 2nd floor bedrooms that might not be suitable for some individuals.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $155.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  First of all dealing with our agent Joseph Gallagher was a pleasure dealing with.
  The place was up to our standard, it was clean, did I mention clean. Decorated well. We just really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to the convention center. We asked Joseph about the distance and it was perfect. It is a great location for whatever you need to get around Rehoboth Beach

  Great place to stay to get to the majority of Rehoboth strip restaurants and shops. House kitchen was nicely stocked too. The biggest issue we had was the mattress have NO support. We even opted to sleep on the couch cushions on the living room floor the last 3 days. Jis something to consider if you have back issues.

  The place is wonderful for a couple or small group of family/friends. It's a little far from the beach, unless you pack light or don't mind driving, but so close to coffee shops, restaurants, and the shops.The house has everything you need and is beautifully maintained. I like spiral staircases, but hauling things up and down is a bit dicey-just be prepared for that. Quiet outdoor space - lovely overall.

  Scarborough Place 305 was a great place for families. The location is within walking distance of downtown, and it is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice pool. The condo itself is clean and the furnishings are nice. It is also helpful that there are 2.5 baths. My only major complaint about the place was a broken headboard which the property manager looked into as soon as we mentioned it. This place would also be very difficult for anyone with mobility issues or very small children as the spiral staircase was a bit treacherous even for those of us without mobility problems. But the place itself was fantastic, overall, for our family, and the property management made check-in and check-out extremely easy. We would definitely stay here again!
