Seaspot unit 2- Newly renovated 2023! This summer unit #2 will have a fresh face! Improvements for the 2023 season include- Vinyl plank flooring installed throughout, new kitchen cabinets, new countertops and new kitchen appliances. There is also a lot of new furniture throughout!

First floor, single story condo, located ocean block on Dagsworthy Ave. There is an open living and kitchen area with a deck on the front of the unit. Located in the center of town, perfect location for the action! There is off street parking for 2 cars. *This is a non smoking unit. Grilling is not permitted at the complex.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $160.00 To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  The unit itself was very clean and centrally located to everything. It was just steps to the beach! It could use a little cleanup on the outside- grass wasn't mowed, litter in the parking lot, overflowing dumpster.

  The condo is clean and convenient to the beach. The bath mats should be thrown away. The key doesn't work in the street side door nor the rear bolt lock. Mattresses could use an update, but sufficient for one weeks stay. Linens offered should be cotton not poly blend.
