Seaspot Condos Unit 3 is a first floor, single-level condo, located in the ocean block of Dagsworthy Avenue. Upon entering the unit, guests will find an open flow from the kitchen space through the living room, and out onto the deck at the front of the building. This location is just a few steps away from the beach, and is centrally located in Dewey Beach, allowing for a short walk to the many shops and restaurants.
There is off-street parking for two cars, with assigned parking spots.
This is a non-smoking unit.
Grilling is not permitted at the complex.
This is a pet-friendly home with a $200 pet fee per pet; Dogs only.

  Solid fairly well maintained rental. Not beautiful and shows wear and tear but everything was clean comfy and functional. Kitchen is well equipped.They need soup spoons and a new screen door. 2parking spots make it easy for friends to visit

  We rented this location in 2019 and had no complaints. We liked how close it was to beach and to main part of Dewey Beach. The rental was clean but still smelled of dog. We rented a pet friendly unit so we understood but it took a couple days for to get used to the smell. The crowds and noise were not family friendly. I’m the evening and late at night large groups of young adults would congregate outside the condo. The would yell and play music until 1 to 2 in morning. I had to call Dewey Police on one occasion. With 2 young’s kids I would not rent this location again.

  Great week at Seaspot #3. Condo was clean and fully equipped. On ocean block and close to restaurants and stores. Remember to bring your sheets and paper products and towels as they do not supply. You can opt in for the linen package which we did and they were waiting for us when we arrived. One negative is that they need to fix rug in front porch. Tripping hazard

  This is a perfectly nice utilitarian beach block rental. Easy to use. Right where you want it to go back and forth to the beach. Clean. Queen bed is good. Furniture comfy in the living room
  There are basic things that would make it much nicer-just one roll of TP for when first arriving, salt, pepper, sugar. Soup spoons. Normal height table preferred rather than both a kitchen bar seating 2 and a very high table seating 2. The front porch overlooks the grungy back door of a sub shop and a little trellis or bamboo shade would block the less than ideal view when you are sitting out front
