Located on the second floor of the building, this vacation rental just opens and flows from back to front. Enter from the rear of the unit, by the parking lot, and watch as the entryway opens into the kitchen and living space, then out to the screened porch on the front of the unit. Being so close to the ocean, the salty summer breezes that blow through the porch are soothing at any time of day.
Centrally located, guests are encouraged to park their car at the rental upon arrival and then walk or bike everywhere! The beach is just a half block away, while Dewey Beach’s top shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. To the north, about 1.5 miles away via King Charles and Bayard Avenue, is Rehoboth Beach – an easy bike ride from Seaspot 6!
There is off-street parking for two cars and a 240 V NEMA 14-50 electric car charger.

This is a pet-friendly home with a $200 pet fee per pet; Dogs only.
