Villas West Unit 63 is located in North Shores on Harbor Road. This is a two story town home with views of the North Shores Marina from the rear screen porch.
There are three bedrooms and two baths on the first floor, which also serves as the entry level. A master suite can be found on the second floor. Guests will also find a large living space with a breakfast bar from the kitchen.
There is a community pool, play ground and tennis courts included in the rental of this unit.
The unit is approximately 1.5 blocks to the private North Shores beach.
North Shores HOA does not allow group rentals. There can be no more than three unrelated individuals in the rental group.
This is a non-smoking unit and pets are prohibited.
There is off-street parking for 2 cars in front of the unit; parking is strictly enforced. *North Shores provides two additional parking passes for overflow.
Please note that North Shores HOA charges an additional $100 recreation fee per reservation for the use of the pool and beach.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $240.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
