Wilmington 103

Wilmington Condo Unit 103 is located in Rehoboth Beach on Wilmington Avenue, approximately two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. This single-level condo features a large and open living, dining and kitchen area. Guests will also enjoy spending time at the community pool, which may stay open up to two weeks after Labor Day.
Not feeling like cooking? The condo is located above one of Rehoboth’s finest restaurants, Henlopen City Oyster House, and several other venues within walking distance on Wilmington Avenue and Rehoboth Avenue.
Each unit has off-street parking for 2 cars; Spots are assigned.
The building has an elevator.
This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $125.00 To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  Weeklong trip to Rehoboth with family. Great location. Condo was larger than expected. There was bathroom carpet in both the washer and drier when we arrived- no big problem but after removing them the drier didn’t work. Waited three days for it to be fixed. This was inconvenient as we packed light and could dry towels, etc. Also very loud mechanical pump makes a “thunking” sound for about 5 minutes every morning at 0650- I know because it was our alarm clock. What is it? A mystery! Rehoboth is a cute little town. Liked not having to drive once we got there.

  Wonderful experience. Great location. Very quiet inside but can hear trash and delivery trucks at 6:00 AM out in the street. A minor annoyance that would not stop me from renting again.

  I love this location and have stayed in various condos in the building. When there was an issue, the rental company was so responsive. Two things I would ask of the owner. The first: which is the same issue in every single condo I have stayed in - get light blocking shades because the ones facing the front have a lot of light from the walkway lights and the ones in the back get a lot of morning sun - we usually cover them ourselves but it would be nice to be saved the effort. The second: I’m sure the master bedroom mattress is fairly new, but it’s too firm for my taste. The box mattresses (like tuft and needle, Casper, etc) are very economical and very comfortable. That being said, the condo is spacious and really nice to stay in.
