Exceptionally renovated circa 1902 home on the beach block in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. Enjoy the large enticing deck and only 210 steps to the ocean. The main home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths Amenities include laundry, cable, internet, and upscale decor. The home is designed with beautiful decor and excellent sleeping comfort in mind. This home is finished in the Farmhouse style, and will feature recycled barn wood floors throughout. On the first floor, guests will be treated to a beautifully appointed kitchen, off of which will be a family room and dining area. There will also be a first floor master suite. The second floor features the remaining four bedrooms, two of which will be master suites while the second two share a hall bath.
This fabulous beach block home sits on the corner of First and Virginia Avenues and has two parking spots. Enjoy the morning sun on the southern facing extra large deck.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $310.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  As we have young grandchildren, we were very disappointed that the place has NO YARD AND NO OUTDOOR SHOWER. We couldn’t use any yard toys and no sprinkler. Big disappointment! In the house the couch is so low that we could barely get out of it. And this is a newly done house?

  Great property with lovely owners who thought of everything to ensure a wonderful stay. Clean, upscale industrial decor and a good location. I thought I left something at the property and the owner immediately looked into it for me. She was very responsible and friendly. The porch is delightful with wonderful ceiling fans to keep you cool after a long day. Plenty of bathrooms, three bedrooms have them in the room and two share one. Wireless worked great with many devices plugged into it. Fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Parking was fine, we easily got three cars into the driveway. Great location for walking to the beach, boardwalk and main part of center with shops and restaurants. I would not hesitate to rent from this owner (and this property) again. We also enjoyed the outlets and Jungle Jim's water park (super with a lazy river). Both were super close to the house, a 5-10 min drive. Starbucks and Dunkin are closeby as well as many restaurants. It was nice to have dinner and not have to worry about driving back with a few cocktails. Overall an incredible stay and we are already talking about going back next year! Book this place, you won't regret it!
