From the balcony, guests can sit and enjoy the sunsets over the Rehoboth Bay in the evenings, or just bask in the salty ocean breezes.
The gorgeous master bedroom includes a Queen-size bed and access to the oversized balcony. There is an adjoining private bathroom with a custom-designed tile shower and double vanity sinks. As well as three additional bedrooms and two baths. A second Queen bedroom also offers direct access to the balcony.
In the Plaza, guests can spend time enjoying the community fire pits and grilling area overlooking the bay, or spend time relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Dewey Beach.
Guests at The Residences at Lighthouse Cove have access to many of the Hyatt Place Hotel's amenities. You can float in the indoor pool or fit in a workout in the exercise room. Plus, guests at the Residences have exclusive access to the outdoor pool.
Garage restrictions- max height 6'6, no oversized vehicles permitted, all roof racks must be removed before entering garage. If your vehicle doesn't fit under the building, you will need to purchase an on street parking from the city (parking permits are required May 15- Sept 15).
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $240.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
