The complex is located off of Scarborough Ave Ext. approximately 4 blocks to the beach via a footbridge which crosses over the lake to Stockley Street in South Rehoboth. Guests have access to the community swimming pool just steps from the unit. The unit is located on the second floor and includes off street parking for 1 car + overflow (first come first serve, not guaranteed).
This is a non smoking unit and pets are not permitted.
The complex pool is open from-10AM to 7PM.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $155.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
