20411 Jeb Dr. Unit 35- A perfect pet friendly rental! This two story, 4 bedroom town home is spacious, well maintained, beautifully furnished with comfort in mind. Walking into the unit you will find beautiful hardwood floors from the entry door through to the open living, kitchen and dining area. There is a dining table with plenty of seating and additional seating at the bar. The updated kitchen will prove to be a pleasure making a quick meal or a full family dinner. The unit also has an enclosed porch located off of the living room, a perfect space to enjoy the summer breeze. There is a first floor bedroom with a full bathroom, the bathroom can also be accessed from the main hallway. The second floor includes a master bedroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower in the master bath. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. Don't forget your four legged friend! This home is dog friendly with a $250 pet fee per pet. Tenants are responsible for the $150 cleaning fee.

Guaranteed off street parking for 2 cars per unit and additional overflow parking that is first come first serve. You are sure to enjoy the community pool and bonus- the unit is located directly beside the community pool.
The community is a mere 1.5 miles to the beach, easy drive (less than 10 minutes, even in peak Rehoboth traffic) or bike ride.

This home is perfect for escaping the crowds of downtown, nearby dining includes Arena's and Big Fish Grille as well as the Fractured Prune gourmet shop and the Point coffee shop all within walking distance. Guests are also a short bike ride away from Jungle Jim's, which is a fantastic alternative to the beach.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $190.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

    Townhouse conveniently located next to pool in nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping. Light and bright and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and owners provided lots of items for use. Couch was not great. Grill was missing but owners stated it would be replaced. Overall great place to stay.

    The property was clean, decorated nicely and spacious enough for 8 is a great end unit that was right next door to the pool, which was nice to use when you just wanted to relax. The property is close to shopping, restaurants and the beach and we would definitely stay in this property again!
