Beach Club #12

Beach Club #12- Conveniently located in Dewey Beach and a mere 2.5 blocks to the beach. This three story town home is dog friendly! The town home has two off street parking spaces and a community pool. The first floor of the home includes and open living, kitchen and half bath. The second floor includes one full bathroom and two bedrooms. The third floor includes a master bedroom and bathroom with a balcony overlooking the pool.
Tenants with pets will pay a $200 non nonrefundable pet fee per pet.
Tenants are responsible for the $150 cleaning fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $190.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

Booking Restrictions-
7 Night Stays- starting mid June through September
2 Night Stays- starting Jan through April and October through December
3 Night Stay- starting May through mid June

Bedding-
Second floor- 2 Singles, 1 Queen
Third floor- 2 Doubles

  great distance from the beach & walking distance to dt Dewey. Fifer's was a great closeby walk for quick bites & grocery essentials. Pool was a great addition to our time. Our neighbors for most of the week were quiet & cordial. The day after we left a group of young men (next door) left (I think they partied a bit hard the prior night & someone got sick outside). I thought the cleaning crew would hose it down but It was probably not their responsibility. The kitchen was well enough stocked. I wish there was more seating for our family of 5 on the 1st floor. The place could be more updated (paint, minimal decor, remove carpet) but for the value I really shouldn't complain. We wanted a short walk to the beach & a pool so the rest was fine.

  I've stayed in these condos my some life but this was the first time in #12. It was exactly what we needed. We saw a little mold in the shower on the second floor and some near the door vent in the same bathroom. That was my only concern since I have small kids. We will still be staying there again next year!

  This unit met all our needs with our small dog & family members. However, the living area is very small. Bedrooms are comfortable. Outside grill was great but no table & seating outside other than a few chairs on the front porch so we ate inside all the time. Great location short walk to the beach. Close to town for restaurants and night life as well.
