The community is located off of Bay Vista Rd and situated on the West side of RT 1, approximately 1.5 miles to Rehoboth and or Dewey Beach. This community offers access to the community tennis courts and three swimming pools. Each condo has parking for two cars at the complex. This is a non smoking unit and pets are prohibited.
This location is close to some local favorite restaurants - Arena's on the Highway and Big Fish Grille - allowing guests to walk to both!
