The first floor has a nice flow to it with two separate living areas, two separate dining areas, and a generously sized kitchen. There are also two screen porches, one off a bedroom, and another off of one of the living spaces - perfect place to enjoy your beverage in the morning and/or evening.
The upstairs has 5 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a California King that is a sleep number bed. A second bedroom also features a sleep number California King size bed. This room is very spacious with a separate sitting area, and it also has separate access through the garage.

The 2 car garage has been utilized for additional outdoor/indoor space with a ping pong table, 4 bikes, and some beach equipment. There is patio located in the backyard with a fire-pit - perfect place for small gatherings in the evening.

The home is located just steps away from the bike trail connecting Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes, and Rehoboth Beach. Bring your bikes for the whole family, or put the owners bikes to use and enjoy exploring.
This home is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and is 1 mile to the beach.

This is a non smoking rental, and no pets are permitted in the rental at any time.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $285.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  The house is lovely and big. The kitchen has every thing you could possibly need. The flowers around it are gorgeous. Being near the walking/bike trail is a big plus. If you have little ones the library is very close and you can walk to it. Close to the center of town and breweries. A great place for a large family vacation.

  The house was as described a 5 bedroom 3 bath home in a cute neighborhood near the breakwater trail. It had
  a modern kitchen and was adequate for our party. The garage had a ping pong table and 4 bike and 3 boards. All made it lots of fun for everyone. When we arrived the floors were sandy and the coffee maker wasn't cleaned out. Not a problem. The beds didn't have enough pillows. Luckily we were not using all the beds. I called the realtor and he was very quick to repond to my comments. The personnel at the realtors were very friendly and helpful.

  It was a beautiful home, with lots of space for 6 adults. One downside was no propane grill, only charcoal. Backyard and fire pit was wonderful. Property was very walkable and quick access to the trail for biking.
