It is the ONLY community in Delaware that also has a thriving commercial area that includes; 4 restaurants (Fishon, Green Turtle, Arena's and Lighthouse Grill), Italian bakery, hair salon, grocery store, bank and CVS.  

With public transportation service available onsite, you can reach local beaches, towns, shopping and dining, all without getting in your car. Lewes Beach, Cape May- Lewes Ferry, and Cape Henlopen State Park are all within a 5 minute drive and a very close drive to Rehoboth Beach! Parking on site for 2 cars.
