On the first floor you will find the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. There is a large deck off the front of unit, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the summer evening. There’s also a gas grill on the deck off the back of the unit for your use.
On the second floor there’s a loft with a futon, and an additional bedroom
This home is also pet-friendly, happily accepting your four-legged friends during your vacation for an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee (At this time, the landlord is allowing only dogs).
