20298 Flagler Ct- Welcome to the Keys of Marsh Harbor! Beautiful 4 bed 3.5 bath end unit villa located less than 2 miles to the beach and boardwalk. Just a short bike or car ride away and you'll have your toes in the sand!
Don't feel like going to the beach? No problem at all - Enjoy the community pool and tennis court right down the street from the rental.

Enjoy the open floor plan between the kitchen, living, and dining room. Off of the living room you'll find a porch and a patio with a gas grill - perfect for those summer night BBQ's! The first floor also has a half bath off of the kitchen, and a primary bedroom featuring a king bed.

The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms. One of which is another primary bedroom with a king bed. This bedroom also features a private deck - prefect for sipping your morning coffee, reading your favorite book, or sunbathing at your convenience. The other two good size bedrooms feature a queen bed and 2 twins - Plenty of room for the whole family!

Tenants will also enjoy access to the garage - perfect for storing your bikes and beach equipment for the week!

Keys of Marsh Harbor is located right across the street from the Park and Ride in Rehoboth - providing easy transportation to the beach and outlet shopping.

    Quiet neighborhood although you could hear the waterpark when outside or on the porch from 10-6 (needs ceiling light.) Our family of 5 adults and 2 kids found plenty to do besides beach/boardwalk. Enjoyed the community pool, Jungle Jim, bounce house/arcade, DE parks for biking and the botanical meadow garden. First floor master bedroom and bath was a plus for grandparents. Agent responded quickly to resolve small issues. Wish the light switches were all clearly marked. Only complaint was traffic on main road.

    We had trouble with the keys being able to open the door lock. The ironing bord is broken and needs to be replaced.

    The house was much cleaner this year when we arrived. There as toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, and cleaning products available when we arrived which was an improvement over last year. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. The homeowners association needs to repair the gutter above the dining room window as there is significant dripping when it rains and the water accumulates near the foundation of the home. This location works well for us with the grandchildren enjoying a day at Jungle Jim's Water Park and it is a good starting point for walks into town or the surrounding neighborhoods. We are considering returning to this property next year.

    We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of space and the home was in very good condition. There was effective air conditioning and very good water pressure in the showers. The only issue, that is easily corrected, was mold in the gasketing of the front-loading washer. The location near the water park and within easy walking distance of downtown Rehoboth Beach was a real plus. The community swimming pool was right down the street.
    We are definitely considering renting this property again.
