This home is very spacious with brand new furniture in 2022! Enjoy the flow of the open floor plan on the first floor. On the first floor you will also find a large screened in porch and deck, perfect for entertaining and enjoying summer night BBQ's and cocktails! On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. There is one spacious primary bedroom with a King size bed and bathroom, and the other 2 bedrooms share the hall bath. Community pool and tennis access.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $165.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  We spent a relaxing weekend at this cute, clean and well located home. Only feedback is the AC doesn't reach the bedrooms in the front of the house evenly so it was a little warm, especially in the morning when the sun came up. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

  Had a great stay with the family in this nice house. Its located about 10 minutes drive from Lewes Beach, 3 minute drive to grocery store, 7 minute drive to outlets, close to everything. Has many of the amenities you will need to make your stay comfortable.
  
  There was a minor miscommunication with the check out times as the housing rules posted by the entry say 11am and the email rules say 10am so we had to scramble last minute to leave the property on time and the property managers were not flexible with this miscommunication. Also, no wine glasses which was a bit odd. The kitchen could use some additional amenities but overall it was a nice stay.

  This house was super clean, and it was plenty spacious for our 6 adults. It had everything we needed for a nice long weekend in the Rehoboth area. It’s location is fantastic - close enough to the beaches to be easy to get to but not right in the mix of all the tourist traffic.
