The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor. The owner provides all bed sheets and bath linens. The second floor has an open living, kitchen and dining area that provides access out to the waterfront deck. This is a perfect spot for family to gather and enjoy your time together. If the beach is not your favorite place to sunbathe, step right over to the pool! The owner also provides bed and bath linens. Did I mention the home is pet friendly, dog only please. What more could you want?

This is a non smoking home, no smoking on the property and this includes the decks.
Pet friendly with a $300 non refundable pet fee per pet, dogs only.

  This was the second year we stayed at 2 Read St. It didn't disappoint. The entire setup was ideal for my 2 adult children, spouses and children.
  
  We had a great experience with Coldwell Banker, specifically Myles Martin, who did a great job working with us on a week that worked for our schedule. We are hoping to get the same Summer 2024.

  This house on Read Street was absolutely perfect for our family! We were right on the beach and located on one of the quieter streets of Dewey. The place was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom needs. The only complaint that we had was that when we got to Dewey Beach and we were ready to check in alittle early (we had 4 little hungry tired boys with us) we were told the cleaning crew had not checked in when in fact the place was cleaned and ready for check in. The pool was an added bonus!
