17324 King Phillip Way- Located in Reserves of Nassau. This town home is very well appointed and designed for a relaxing weekend at the beach. The first floor includes a sitting room that can be used for extra sleeping with a queen sleep sofa. There is a spacious and open concept living, dining and kitchen area. A great place for everyone to hang out while meals are being prepared. Off of the living area is the access to the screened in porch and the open deck. For your enjoyment there is a table and chairs in the porch with additional bench seating and on the deck there are two loungers to lay in the sun. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom and bathroom along with two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom in the hallway.

Community perks include: an outdoor pool, located East of Coastal Highway, just minutes from downtown Lewes and the beaches. The Georgetown-Lewes bike trail is 1/10th mile away & offers off-street biking to Cape Henlopen State Park. Rehoboth and Dewey Beach & many other local attractions are just a short drive away.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $240.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  The space is nice, and it is clearly a new rental--fantastic board games with all the pieces, fresh finishes, etc. On the same note, it lacks yet all of the kitchen "stuff" that comes with a more seasoned rental it does now have a cheese grater :D ). I would suggest that the owner NOT use air fresheners in the space. when we first arrived the smell was so strong that it caused asthma attacks and we had to have someone sleep outside the first night on the lovely little screened in deck (so, thank you for the outdoor sleeping area, but next time, I'd hold off on the perfumes).
  The basement has a TV but is really entirely unfinished. If that is getting improved as well the space will add a much-appreciated space for kids to play or sleep. I might also suggest anchoring the bunk beds to the wall, as they were quite unsteady for any but the under-50 lb crew.
