31313 Falmouth Way- New for the 2023 Rental Season!
This exquisite town home is located in Coastal Club and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Nature lovers will also enjoy strolling along the 3 miles of wooded walking trails. This community is conveniently located- 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Not to mention the outlet shopping, numerous restaurants in the area and night life!

The home includes an open living, kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of seating through out the home. You can enjoy meals together with seating at the dining table and at the kitchen bar. There is a powder room off of the kitchen and a large living area that leads outside. The large patio on the rear of the home is a perfect place to take in the summer nights. The home has a first floor primary bedroom and bathroom. The two bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom that can be accessed from the loft area. The loft is a spacious area that is perfect for reading a book, a game with the kids or movie night!

In addition, the following items are provided- 2 low seat beach chairs, 2 bikes, beach toys, a hair dryer and straighter.

Community Passes are needed to utilize the resort amenities. Passes are purchased at an additional cost. The following amenities are included in the purchase of a pass: Fitness Center, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Bar and Lounge area, Children’s Room, Tennis / Pickle-ball Courts and Bocce Courts.
2023 Rates-
Pre-Purchase Passes:
Weekly Pass: Saturday after 4PM – Friday 8PM - $95.00 per person age 5 and older
Passes Purchased on Site: Saturday after 4PM – Friday 8PM - $125.00 per person age 5 and older
Dailly Passes are $25 per person age 5 and older.
Children under 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Coastal Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $185.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

  Me and my friends had the most absolutely wonderful vacation at the Coastal Club Resort. The amenities are endless and our host had all the supplies to use to enjoy all the amenities. This community is filled with a tennis/pickleball courts, shuffle board and bocce ball, a beautiful pool (that never got too crowded), a swim up bar! and great food, as well as a slide....not just for kids! The service was amazing and was such a relaxing vacation while still doing so many things. The townhouse itself is extremely spacious with more than enough very comfortable sleeping arrangements, and equipped with all of the supplies. The rooms are so big and well decorated with walk in closets. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed if we wanted to cook. There is a nice quaint backyard with 2 tables to hang out at. This is such a beautiful property. Our host was so responsive with any and all suggestions on where to go or what to do. The house is close to all of the beach towns nearby with endless restaurants and bars to choose from. The beach is not even 10 minutes away and very accessible. The Coastal Club community itself is quiet and everyone is very kind. We did not have any issues whatsoever and I have been telling all my friends to visit. I will 100% be coming back.

  Our stay at 31313 Falmouth Way was perfect from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we found the property to be in immaculate condition, and we were very happy with the location of the property as it pertains to its proximity to the beach. Investing just a 15 minute drive, you can find yourself at Rehoboth Beach where we enjoyed multiple sun-filled days. For a quick (but delicious) bite, I would highly recommend Taco Reho which is just 10 minutes away from the property. The property was spacious and well-furnished, leaving us feeling right at home from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. 10/10!
