41D Maryland Ave- Steps to the beach! This two bedroom apartment is spacious and you cannot beat the location! The beach is 1.5 blocks from the unit and you are located in the middle of downtown Rehoboth Beach. Park your car for the week and enjoy everything Rehoboth has to offer. The owner provides one on street parking permit. Tenants may rent by the night with a two night minimum or by the week. Tenants are responsible for the $125 cleaning fee.
This unit is a second floor unit that is located behind the main home and above another unit. The main home and the unit below are rented as weekly rental.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $140.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
